CEOs of publicly held companies are pressured to create value for the investors and this focus tends to force poor behaviors and even criminal actions. There isn&#039;t anything more important for CEOs and owners of companies to focus on then their Values, their Vision and their Mission. By focusing on these foundation-building concepts, the &#039;end results&#039;, strong profitability, engaged employees and returning customers will always win.</description>
